Lancaster Balloon Fest is celebrating 11 Years of growth…
…and we want to share it with you!
The Lancaster Balloon Festival began in 2010 as a partnership with the Bird-in-Hand Marathon in an event called Run, Ride, and Soar. Fortunately, both events have grown to a point where they can no longer be held at the same time at the Bird-in-Hand location. So, we are partnering with the Smucker Corporation and the local community to make this year’s Lancaster Balloon Festival better than ever.
As a result of separating the events into their own, it opens up some great possibilities for sponsorship from businesses looking to get their brand in front of an engaged audience both online and in-person at the event. In the past, we had not done much marketing for the event. But for 2019’s event, we created a Facebook page and did a minimal amount of promotion… and the event exceeded all expectations. We admittedly were overwhelmed by the response and 2022 is going to have much more infrastructure and entertainment in place.

- 4 announcements per day over the PA system thanking the sponsor for their participation
Level #2 – Tent
Sponsorship
$2500 – 10 Available
- The Sponsor would receive one 30” X 30” Banner placed on the basket of one of the balloons on the field.
- A quarter page ad in the “Souvenir Event Program” (20,000 Copies printed and handed out at event)
- An Ad on the “Balloon And Sponsor” Page on LancasterBalloonFestival.com
- 4 announcements per day over the PA system thanking the sponsor for their participation
- A space in our “Sponsor Tent Area” to set up a 10’ X 10’ Tent (“Sponsor Tent Area” is near the entrance and directly adjacent the launch field)

Level #3 – Fireworks Sponsorship
